Remedial, pregnancy and relaxation massage treatments are thoughtfully tailored to support your body, ease tension and promote overall wellbeing. Remedial massage focuses on relieving muscular pain, improving mobility and addressing specific concerns through targeted techniques, often incorporating dry needling and cupping where appropriate to enhance results and support recovery.
Pregnancy massage is a nurturing and supportive treatment designed to ease the physical and emotional changes experienced throughout pregnancy, helping to reduce aches, improve circulation and encourage deep relaxation in a safe and comfortable way. Relaxation massage offers a gentle, flowing experience to calm the nervous system, release stress and restore balance.
All treatments are provided in a private, temperature-controlled room to ensure your comfort and relaxation. Convenient street parking is available for easy access. Health fund rebates are available on most funds, allowing you to claim your treatment with confidence and ease.
Dry needling and/or cupping may be incorporated into your treatment where appropriate, and can be added for an additional fee of $15.
