With nearly 30 years of hands on experience, I offer personalised massage and bodywork that combines therapeutic knowledge with nurturing care.
Before I begin your treatment, I take time to listen to what is happening in your body, how you are feeling and what you would like from your session.
You don't need to work out which type of massage you need before you arrive.
Simply choose the length of you appointment.
From there I'll tailor your treatment to you and what your body needs that day.
Some days that may mean focused Remedial work, others your body may need a gentler, more nurturing treatment.
Often it's a combination of both.

Rather than treating each of these as a separate style of massage, I use the techniques that are most appropraite for you.
This allows your treatment to be both therapeutic and nurturing - addressing areas of tension, pain or discomfort while giving your body the opportunity to relax.
In addition to my clinical expertise, I am known for my warm and nurturing approach, making my clients feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you step into my treatment room.
Massage Appointments:
30 minutes - $70
Focused Treatment - Ideal if you have a particular area you would like me to concentrate on.
45 minutes - $90
Targeted Treatment - A little more time for focused therapeutic work while allowing me to address the realted area.
60 minutes - $115
Personalised Treatment - Time for a comprehensive individually tailored treatment combining therapeutic work with nurturing care.
75 minutes - $140
Extended Personalised Treatment - for when your body would benefit from additional time and a more extentive treatment
