A few years ago, I found myself in the same position. After being married for 20 years and raising two wonderful children, I was suddenly facing a new chapter of life, I struggled to find the support I needed, and that’s what inspired me to become the kind of reader, coach and mentor I needed back then.
I am dedicated to helping clients find clarity, peace, connection and transformation through deeply intuitive, heart-centred sessions that connect beyond the physical world, aligned with your soul’s path.
I believe in the connection between the mind and body and how healing in one area can create balance in the other. Life is full of unexpected twists and turns, and I know how difficult it can be to find the right guidance and support when you're looking for a fresh start. I’ve been there myself. At 58 years old, I’ve come to understand the importance of personal growth, healing, and finding your inner strength. My goal is to help you reconnect with your true self and feel empowered to create the life you deserve. In addition to coaching, I am also a skilled Remedial Massage Therapist and have recently completed an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy.
